You grant Supastudy the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, display, and share that content according to your workspace and sharing settings.
The Supastudy product, interface, branding, and underlying software remain the property of Supastudy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4. Collaboration and sharing
Supastudy includes collaboration features such as shared courses, invite links, roles, shared questions, notes, and files.
When you invite others into a shared workspace, you are responsible for choosing the right visibility and collaboration settings for that workspace.
- Shared content may be visible to collaborators based on the permissions you configure.
- Invite links should be treated as access credentials and shared carefully.
- You are responsible for content you publish or expose through public or shared course settings.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Some Supastudy features may require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, billing periods, and plan details are presented at checkout or on the pricing page.
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
6. Emails and service communications
6.1 Transactional emails
You agree to receive the emails required to operate your account and the service, including verification emails, password resets, billing notices, important account alerts, and legal or security notices.
6.2 Product and marketing emails
If you opt in, Supastudy may send product updates, educational content, or promotional messages. You can unsubscribe from those communications at any time.
7. Privacy and data handling
Supastudy processes the account information, workspace content, and usage data needed to authenticate users, store course materials, power collaboration features, improve reliability, and prevent abuse.
Depending on how you use the product, this may include account identifiers, profile details, course content, uploaded files, collaboration metadata, billing information, and technical signals such as device, log, and usage events.
- We use account and profile data to provide login, localization, and personalization features.
- We use workspace and collaboration data to store and sync the content you create and share.
- We use operational and analytics data to maintain security, detect abuse, and improve product performance.
8. Third-party services
Supastudy may rely on third-party services for infrastructure, analytics, billing, authentication, storage, or communications. Those providers may process data on our behalf in order to operate the service.
Where you follow a third-party link or use an integrated third-party service, their own terms and privacy policies also apply.
9. Security and retention
Supastudy uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the service and the data processed through it. No system can guarantee absolute security.
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Supastudy if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, abuse the service, or if continuing to provide the service would create legal, security, or operational harm.
You may stop using Supastudy at any time. Subscription cancellation rules remain subject to the billing terms in effect for your plan.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Supastudy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or fitness for every academic workflow.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supastudy and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.
